How the Process Works

NEW Client Process

Submit a Project Request

Clients begin by submitting a service request or inquiry form with details about their business, desired service, and timeline.

This allows me to review your needs and confirm availability before moving forward!



Confirm Details & Secure Your Spot

Once your request is reviewed and availability allows, you’ll receive next steps along with a deposit or payment link.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project and secure your scheduled start date.

3. Complete Your Intake & Design Begins

After payment is received, you’ll complete the required service intake form via email.

This step provides all the information needed to design intentionally and efficiently.

Your project officially begins on your scheduled start date.

Review, Finalize & Deliver

You’ll receive your design within the outlined turnaround time, with revisions included based on your selected service.

Once revisions are complete, final files or website access are delivered, and your project is officially complete!
